Cotton and Quill Debuts Spring 2020 Textile and Wallcovering Line

With colorways in names such as Scallop Shell, Sugar, Powder Blue, and Celadon, it is no wonder Mary Catherine Folmar’s spring collection for Cotton and Quill brings forth images of barefoot spring days and lazy summer afternoons.

“When I was creating this collection, I was inspired by the countryside in the deep south in the spring and summer months-I really wanted this collection to embody that look and feel.” says Mary Catherine.

The collection, aptly named, The Grove, will debut spring 2020 and mixes beautifully soft hues with equally stunning silks, velvets, sateens, and more, depicting floral vines dripping with fruit and delicate flowers, beautifully illustrated bugs, classic stripes, and peeks of the wildly popular Pineapple and Faux Bois designs from her last collection in new, fresh colorways. 

“It’s been so fun seeing this collection come to life over such a rainy and dreary southern winter.” says Mary Catherine “Spring always brings such a sense of renewal and growth, and I’m really looking forward to what this year will bring.”
